Tomato Guacamole Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

  • 1. In a small bowl, mash avocados and lime juice with a fork. Stir in the tomato, sour cream, salt and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: 2-1/3 cups.
