Tomato-Basil Pita Pizzas Recipe
- 2 pita breads (6 inches)
- 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 8 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1. Place pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet. Layer with tomatoes, basil and cheese; drizzle with oil. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 2 servings.
