Tiny Taco Meatballs Recipe
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds ground beef
- Taco sauce, optional
- 1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan.
- 2. Bake at 400° for 14-18 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Serve with taco sauce if desired. Yield: 14-16 servings.
