For a quick, chocolaty treat on a hot summer day, this recipe is perfect. Kids will absolutely love it.—Bonnie Rueter, Englewood, Florida
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup instant chocolate drink mix
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- Place all ingredients in a blender container; cover and process on high until smooth. Pour into glasses. Refrigerate any leftovers. Yield: 3-4 servings.
