- 2-1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 4 teaspoons horseradish
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Hamburger buns
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add onion and water; simmer until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns. Yield: 12-16 servings.
