Tartar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 1/2 cup.

"This was tasty, although not the flavors I typically find in tartar sauce. I'm not used to tartness at all or dill. Still, a nice recipe."

"This is a terrific recipe. My family doesn't like pickles so I was looking for a recipe without relish. I didn't have any chives on hand so used dry onions. It was outstanding. And two days later when the flavors had melded more it was even better. Great combination of flavors."
