  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced chives
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Dash pepper
