Tapenade Mayonnaise Recipe
Add a little zip to your sandwich by trying this delicious spread. The olives and thyme complement each other and tastes wonderful.—Taste of Home Test Kitchen, Greendale, Wisconsin
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped ripe or Greek olives
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
- Dash dried thyme
- Dash pepper
- 1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spread over bread for sandwiches. Yield: 3 tablespoons.
1 serving (1-1/2 tablespoons) equals 110 calories, 12 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 5 mg cholesterol, 148 mg sodium, 1 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
