I named this salad "sweetheart slaw" because of the fruit and the fact that all the sweethearts in my life love it. It's a colorful refresher with a delicious blend of flavors.

"The Sweetheart Slaw was a colorful and delicious side dish on Superbowl Sunday. I substituted pineapple for the mango; and used white balsamic vinegar and lime olive oil.

Very tasty."
