- 3 pounds sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1-1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, onion and red pepper. In a small bowl, blend remaining ingredients; add to potato mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: 10-12 servings.

My sweet potatoes turned into mashed sweet potatoes. However, the recipe was still tasty!

This recipe sounds EXCELLENT! All I need is the potatoes which I'll get at the store today. Can'i weait to taste them.
