Ingredients

  • 2 cartons (6 ounces each) honey Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 freezer pop molds or paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks

Nutritional Facts

1 pop equals 129 calories, 5 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 14 mg cholesterol, 51 mg sodium, 18 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 3 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 starch, 1/2 fat.

Directions

  1. Place the first four ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Pour into molds or paper cups. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
