When company’s on the way, I marinate pork chops overnight using a homemade barbecue sauce with mayo. From there, it’s easy to bring out their sweet best on the grill. —DeAnn Alleva, Columbus, Ohio

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until blended. Use to marinate pork. Yield: about 1 cup.

"Just ok for me. Nothing special. I let 4 boneless pork chops marinate over night, and it didn't do much for them."
