Sweet and Creamy Raspberries Recipe
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- Half-and-half cream
- Confectioners' sugar
- Fresh mint, optional
- 1. Place raspberries in individual bowls. Just before serving, pour cream over each serving. Sprinkle with sugar; garnish with mint if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
