  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • Half-and-half cream
  • Confectioners' sugar
  • Fresh mint, optional

  1. Place raspberries in individual bowls. Just before serving, pour cream over each serving. Sprinkle with sugar; garnish with mint if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
