  • 2 cups ground fully cooked ham, roast beef or chicken
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, ketchup or chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery, onion or olives, optional
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, optional
  • 8 slices bread
