This recipe always brings back memories of my mom’s homemade sun-dried tomatoes in the summer. I’ve prepared the burgers with ground beef and ground turkey. Either way, they're fast and tastes great! —Sammy Staab, Pensacola, Florida

"These burgers were so simple, yet so flavorful! We omitted the feta cheese and added provolone but the sun-dried tomatoes really made the dish. It was different and really 'classed' up a traditional burger!"
