Sun-Dried Tomato Spread Recipe

- 2 tablespoons oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons chopped red onion
- 1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients; spread over bread for sandwiches. Yield: 3 tablespoons.
