Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons chopped red onion

1 serving (1-1/2 tablespoons) equals 116 calories, 12 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 5 mg cholesterol, 93 mg sodium, 2 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients; spread over bread for sandwiches. Yield: 3 tablespoons.
