Reviews for Summer Chicken Salad
"I make chicken salad all the time for a quick lunch. This is a great recipe that I try many variations to. I do not add the raisins but do add sugar, ground mustard and chives for more flavor. The great thing about this recipe is you can add things to it and it just gets better and better."
"I left out the raisins and pecans. I love this chicken salad. It's easy to make and keeps for a long time. It's great on bread or as a salad."
"I left out the raisins feeling the grapes were enough for our taste. Otherwise, a great, easy to prepare salad."
"Lacking something. Lacking a little flavor. Maybe another spice. Sugar? More salt? Some other spice?"
"I left out the raisins but didn't need to add anything else - served on croissants - husband said he could eat this once a week and wanted to know if I got the recipe from my grandmother!"
