- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 4 ounces silken firm tofu, cubed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 45-60 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

"A good, basic recipe which can be changed up to suit your preferences or ingredients you have on hand. I didn't have enuf berries so I added a banana, a clementine and some mango. I also omitted the sugar and watered down the juice to make it less sweet. I like the tofu in it, I like getting some soy and protein."
