Strawberry Tofu Smoothies Recipe
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 4 ounces silken firm tofu, cubed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 45-60 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

"I used LF milk instead of apple juice, used mixed berries, and did not add sweetener. Am new to using tofu, and this recipe is definitely a keeper. The tofu does not add flavour, just nicely thickens and adds plenty of protein to this smoothie."
"A good, basic recipe which can be changed up to suit your preferences or ingredients you have on hand. I didn't have enuf berries so I added a banana, a clementine and some mango. I also omitted the sugar and watered down the juice to make it less sweet. I like the tofu in it, I like getting some soy and protein."
