Strawberry Shakes Recipe
Full of summer fruit, these thick berry blends are the perfect way to savor hot days. "I serve tall glasses with strawberry garnishes," says Ruby Williams of Bogalusa, Louisiana.
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 5 min. YIELD:4 servings
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 cups strawberry ice cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
