Strawberry Orange Smoothies Recipe
- 3 cups orange juice
- 1 carton (8 ounces) strawberry yogurt
- 6 fresh strawberries
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 medium firm banana, cut into chunks
- 1. Place half of each ingredient in a blender; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.

"I wanted a thicker smoothie without additional ingredients. So for the liquid, I drained the pineapple juice into a measuring cup, then added just enough orange juice to make 1 cup of liquid. Tastes excellent and all ingredients fit into the blender. Also, I accidentally opened a can of chunk pineapple rather than crushed and it worked fine."
