  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1-3/4 cups whipped topping
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1-1/2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (1 cup) equals 108 calories, 4 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 1 mg sodium, 18 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, trace protein.


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 cups.
