Strawberry Cream Freeze Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Directions

  • 1. Place cream cheese in a bowl; mash with a fork. Add berries and sugar; mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into foil-lined muffin tins. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Yield: 12 servings.
