Strawberry Banana Smoothies

Sometimes a simple, healthy smoothie is all you need to start your day out right. This strawberry banana smoothie also makes a fantastic afternoon pick-me-up when kids get home from school. 1 medium banana, peeled, quartered and frozen

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup 2% milk

Honey, optional
Directions

Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. If desired, add honey to taste and garnish with additional strawberry and banana.
