Ingredients

  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke, optional
  • 4 pounds pork baby back ribs

Directions

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Cut ribs into individual pieces; dip each into sauce. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker; top with remaining sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender. Yield: 4 servings.
