 Spicy Pork Rub

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper


  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in a covered
  • container. Rub over pork before grilling, baking or broiling.
  • Yield: 2-1/2 teaspoons.
