  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

1/2 teaspoon equals 2 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 378 mg sodium, trace carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein. Diabetic Exchange: Free food.


  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in a covered container. Rub over pork before grilling, baking or broiling. Yield: 2-1/2 teaspoons.
