- 2 pounds Swiss chard, chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- In a Dutch oven, saute chard in oil for 3-5 minutes or just until wilted.
- Stir in the garlic, lemon juice, pepper flakes and salt; cover and cook 2-3 minutes longer or until tender. Yield: 6 servings.

"I added bacon and diced onion then replaced the lemon juice with apple cider vinegar. Very good!!"
