- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Recipe may be doubled or tripled and packed into small jars or plastic containers for gifts. Yield: 3/4 cup.
