Spiced Carrot Strips Recipe
- 5 large carrots, julienned
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Place carrots in a saucepan; cover with water. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Combine the butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon; add to carrots and toss to coat. Yield: 4-6 servings.

Actually, I'd made this recipe quite a long while back, but I would go back to this recipe again! These carrot strips are so tasty!
