Since you "dump" all the ingredients together for these brownies, they take very little time to prepare. There's no mistaking the homemade goodness of a freshly baked batch—they are rich and fudgy! —Diane Heier, Harwood, North Dakota

These were the best brownies I've ever made. I've always found a hard time making a good brownie, but these were awesome. To be honest, I don't think the picture here does them much justice. I almost didn't try them because they looked really cake-y on top and in the middle. But mine turned out the way I like brownies to look - a little shiny on top with some nice crackling going on. I also mixed the chips in instead of sprinkling them on top. They were awesome! But I did have to bake them just a few minutes longer than the recipe says. Highly suggest this one!

These are awesome. This is the first time I have made brownies from scratch and to be honest I don't think I will need to try any more recipes. I took them to a Super Bowl gathering and everyone loved them. So easy to make and so good.

This has been my brownie recipe ever since it was first published in "Quick Cooking." I taught all three of my boys to make it and they love it. One even volunteered to make them for our Superbowl party this year. To make them fudgier, I like to put the entire amount of chocolate chips in the batter and then add more on top. Yum! Thanks, Taste of Home!

These are the best brownies ever. This is our go-to recipe when my daughters and I need a quick and easy treat for school bake sales, church functions, or work pot lucks. We always come home with an empty pan and requests for the recipe.

These were quick and easy, however, they lacked the fudge quality that I was hoping for.
