Speedy Brownies

2 cups sugar

1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup baking cocoa

1 teaspoon salt

5 large eggs, room temperature

1 cup canola oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions

In a large bowl, beat the first 7 ingredients. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
