Speedy Blueberry Refrigerator Jam Recipe
This recipe is one of my favorites because it is simple...and always turns out delicious!
- 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
- 1. In a large saucepan, combine all three ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Pour into jars; refrigerate. Yield: 3 cups.
1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 91 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 8 mg sodium, 23 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein.
