Speedy Blueberry Refrigerator Jam Recipe

This recipe is one of my favorites because it is simple...and always turns out delicious!
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 10 min. YIELD:24 servings


  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin


  • 1. In a large saucepan, combine all three ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Pour into jars; refrigerate. Yield: 3 cups.

"This recipe is too good to be true. It was so quick & easy to make & the jam is terrific. The only change I made was to use sugar free lemon jello. Next time I think I'll add a little cinnamon & decrease the sugar a bit. So much better than having to process."
