This recipe is one of my favorites because it is simple...and always turns out delicious!

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 91 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 8 mg sodium, 23 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein.


  1. In a large saucepan, combine all three ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Pour into jars; refrigerate. Yield: 3 cups.

"I just have a question once the jam is cooled can it be removed from the fridge? The jam is wonderful, and so easy."

"This recipe is too good to be true. It was so quick & easy to make & the jam is terrific. The only change I made was to use sugar free lemon jello. Next time I think I'll add a little cinnamon & decrease the sugar a bit. So much better than having to process."
