This recipe is one of my favorites because it is simple...and always turns out delicious!
- 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
- In a large saucepan, combine all three ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Pour into jars; refrigerate. Yield: 3 cups.
