- 6 to 8 boneless pork chops (1/3 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
- In an ovenproof skillet, brown the pork chops in oil; drain any fat. Pour salsa over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings.
Light-Bodied Red Wine
