South Liberty Hall Relish Recipe
- 1 jar (16 ounces) whole dill pickles, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1. Place the pickles and onion in a food processor; cover and process until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl; stir in sugar and mustard. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Yield: 2 cups.

"Okay- I just have to comment on this again. It is mid-summer now and I cannot serve hotdogs or hamburgers without this relish. My husband brought it to a year end picnic and it went over great and we have made it for several other cook-outs and people just love it!
