"It's a snap to prepare these beefed-up sandwiches that get their fast flavor from onion soup mix and cheddar cheese," remarks Erlene Cornelius from Spring City, Tennessee. At just 47 cents a serving, they're economical as well.

"My kids are strange. They don't really care for the traditional Sloppy Joe sandwich. It's not the idea of the sandwich, it's the flavor. So when I came across this recipe, I had to give it a try. End results: Kids loved it, as did the grown ups! I served it with some seasoned fries for a really easy, quick, weeknight meal."

"I wasn't sure how it would turn out because I had to make substitutions. I used ground turkey, cream of broccoli soup, 1 T Lipton vegetable soup mix, onion powder, garlic salt, 1 C shredded cheddar and served it open-face on toast. It was so fast and we loved it! My husband said that I could make it again any time..."

"It is so hard to find a meal that everyone at the table likes with picky eaters, but this one is a winner. The whole family loves it. Will definitely make again."
