- 1 package (15-1/2 ounces) Oreo cookies
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
- Place cookies in a food processor; cover and process until finely crushed. Add cream cheese; process until blended. Roll into 1-in. balls. Roll in wafer crumbs. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Yield: 4 dozen.

A friend from work recently made these, but rather than rolling in chocolate wafers, she dipped hers in chocolate coating. I loved them so much that I made them as well. I didn't feel like dipping mine, so I melted chocolate and filled candy wrappers (like a mini peanut butter cup) with a little chocolate, then a small ball of the oreo/cream cheese mix, then more chocolate on top/sides. They turned out great and were a big hit.
These are the bomb...so easy and so rich..I make them for every ocassion possible.
