Snowball Eggnog Punch Recipe
Our grandchildren are thrilled when this ice cream punch appears of my brunch menu. The tang from orange juice blends beautifully with the rich eggnog.
- 2 quarts eggnog, chilled
- 1 quart orange juice
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1. Just before serving, combine the eggnog and orange juice in a punch bowl. Add scoops of ice cream. Yield: 3 quarts.
1 serving (1 cup) equals 354 calories, 18 g fat (11 g saturated fat), 119 mg cholesterol, 127 mg sodium, 42 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 8 g protein.
