Snowball Eggnog Punch Recipe
Our grandchildren are thrilled when this ice cream punch appears of my brunch menu. The tang from orange juice blends beautifully with the rich eggnog.
- 2 quarts eggnog, chilled
- 1 quart orange juice
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1. Just before serving, combine the eggnog and orange juice in a punch bowl. Add scoops of ice cream. Yield: 3 quarts.
1 cup: 354 calories, 18g fat (11g saturated fat), 119mg cholesterol, 127mg sodium, 42g carbohydrate (38g sugars, 0 fiber), 8g protein.
