Our grandchildren are thrilled when this ice cream punch appears of my brunch menu. The tang from orange juice blends beautifully with the rich eggnog.

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts eggnog, chilled
  • 1 quart orange juice
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream

Nutritional Facts

1 cup: 354 calories, 18g fat (11g saturated fat), 119mg cholesterol, 127mg sodium, 42g carbohydrate (38g sugars, 0g fiber), 8g protein

Directions

  1. Just before serving, combine the eggnog and orange juice in a punch bowl. Add scoops of ice cream. Yield: 3 quarts.
