Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1 envelope (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 packages (10 ounces each) oyster crackers

Nutritional Facts

1/3 cup: 237 calories, 16g fat (2g saturated fat), 0mg cholesterol, 780mg sodium, 20g carbohydrate (0g sugars, 1g fiber), 2g protein .

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, dill and salad dressing mix. Place the crackers in a large bowl; pour dressing mixture over crackers and toss gently to coat. Allow to stand at least 1 hour before serving. Yield: 12 cups.

"My kids love this. After combining all the ingredients, I bake the mix at 250 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring several times. It helps deepen the flavor."

"This is good not great. I used a combo of Rice chex, ritz bitz mini cheese crackers, mini pretzels, Bugles, & corn chips. I did add 1&1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Onion & Herbe seasoning. It still needed more flavor.Went well at the party, had a cup leftover."
