  • 3 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 ounces each), broken into pieces
  • 3/4 teaspoon shortening
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 4 whole graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces

  1. Place chocolate and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 45-60 seconds or until chocolate is melted, stirring once. Stir in marshmallows and graham crackers. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups (about 1/3 cup each). Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Yield: 6 servings.

"Double this recipe! This quick and fun dessert is perfect for any kids as well as adults. You can put them in cupcake liners and make them look festive or you can simply drop them on a cookie sheet. As a volunteer field editor for Taste of Home magazine I enjoy recipes that can be made with ingredients that I have on hand and look adorable!"
