- 4 pounds small red potatoes
- 8 green onions, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- In a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender. Yield: 12 servings.
