- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 cup stick margarine
- 2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Paprika, optional
- In a skillet, saute onion in margarine until tender. Add beans, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. Serve with sour cream; sprinkle with paprika if desired. Yield: 8 servings

It was pretty good. I accidentally forgot to add the sour cream though. :/ It was still good. I cooked it a little longer than it said because I don't like green beans that crunchy and the hubby said it needed a little bit more salt but other than that, it was really good.
Loved this recipe. I made a few changes though. I hate green beans that taste frozen, so I cooked mine first for about 45 mins. Yes, I like them cooked to death! I carmelized the onions and added the cooked green beans. I used sea salt and increased it to about 1/2 teaspoon.
