"Tasty combination of flavors and especially nice when you are pressed for time. Paging through my recipe book BEST OF COUNTRY--GROUND beef, I was determined to find a recipe that wasn't canned tomatoes, tomato sauce or tomato soup based and this meal caught my eye. We all include our special additions and I did the same with mushrooms and some Asian style vegetables, but the basic ingredients would have also served us well. It's definitely a make again for my family."
