Reviews for Skillet Banana Fritters
"I made these for an international dinner our church is having. They will be on the South African table. I didn't have fresh bananas. I used six thawed out frozen bananas that I mashed and mixed into the batter. I dropped the batter mixture by tablespoons into the deep fryer. After they cooled, I dusted them with powdered sugar."
"This was pretty good. I ate all of mine, but my husband didn't finish his. I wouldn't do the chocolate syrup though... but you definitely want ice cream to go with it!"
"I wanted a quick and easy recipe for banana fritters, and this one worked great. I thought it came out kind of thick, but it worked fine, sticking to the banana pieces. I also tried it on some apple pieces. I served the fritters dusted with powdered sugar and some strawberry jam that I warmed up in the microwave. Everyone loved them."
