  • 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-1/2 to 4 pounds), cut up and skin removed
  • 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Nutritional Facts

1 serving: 544 calories, 25g fat (7g saturated fat), 153mg cholesterol, 777mg sodium, 29g carbohydrate (29g sugars, 0g fiber), 48g protein


  1. In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish, place chicken in a single layer. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix and sugar. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Yield: 4 servings.
