- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-1/2 to 4 pounds), cut up and skin removed
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish, place chicken in a single layer. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix and sugar. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Yield: 4 servings.

This recipe has become one of our favorite recipes that I prepare at least several times a month. The first time I prepared it my husband gave it a huge thumbs up. I always have the ingredients in my pantry and is easy to prepare after a busy day. Definitely five stars and five thumbs up.

This was absolutely delicious. There was plenty of dressing mix & brown sugar to add extra chicken pieces. Two breasts, thighs and legs weren't enough. I can't wait to make this again.
It is amazing how tender the chicken is. The flavor combo is right on and delish!! And not to mention taking the skin off takes away the fat from the meal! I have made this quite a few times, and am actually making it tonight too! This is def. a keeper for me and my fam!
