Reviews for Simple Shrimp Scampi
"I served this over white rice and it was delicious! Couldn't be any easier to prepare!"
"This is great!"
"Soooo yummy, quick & easy!"
"This was easy and really good. However, I did make changes. I added a cup of dry white wine, used fresh garlic, added a teaspoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of Italian seasoning. I served over angel hair pasta and topped it with fresh Parmesan."
"This is not any shrimp scampi - it's made with white wine. NEVER soup - gross."
"Not as flavorful and tasty as a more traditional scampi dish made with cloves of garlic (versus garlic powder) and white wine. But for a fast weeknight meal, it fit the bill just fine. Served over hot couscous."
"Very good. I made 1/2 of the recipe and added 1/4 cup white wine to the butter mixture. Quick and very easy! Becoming my favorite shrimp recipe. Thank you LIsa!"
"I love shrimp scampi. I make mine with capers and add some bread crumbs with parmesan cheese. Next time I'll add some white wine to it as suggested by reviewer "annfalco", thanks! Anything with white wine is good."
"I love shrimp scampi, I add capers to mine along with a little bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. The next time I make this I will take the advice of reviewer annfalco and add some white wine to mine. White wine mixed with anything is wonderful. Thanks for the recipe"
